OWNER OPERATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be at least 23 years of age.

2. One (1) year of OTR experience and one (1) year of flatbed experience

3. Valid CDL from your state of residence

4. Be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

5. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more that 2 speeding tickets in a one (1) year period

6. No more than 1 PREVENTABLE accident in the last 3 years

7. No DUI, DWI, OWI within the last 5 years (personal or auto included)

8. No reckless or careless driving (23 mph over the posted speed limit)

9. No conviction of driving while suspended

10. No conviction for leaving the scene of an accident

11. No failure of a DOT Drug and/or Alcohol test in the last 5 years

12. No refusal to take a DOT Drug and/or Alcohol test in the last 2 years
